validate and submit Client Record Forms and CORE Lettings
Logs.
The system enables the
efficient input of client data to complete Client Record Forms and CORE
Lettings Logs. The data is validated to ensure mandatory data is
collected and to prevent inconsistent
information being entered. For example a male cannot be categorised as
‘Women at risk of domestic violence’ and a 96 year old cannot be placed
in Teenage parent accommodation. This facility eliminates the rejection of forms
after submission.
Managing Clients
Tracking of clients is achieved simply and easily. The system records details of client changes
including movements between services and when they move-on.

Submitting Forms
Once
forms have been automatically validated, they can then
be printed and electronically submitted to the appropriate agency.
Client Reporting
Reports can be generated as required by
contract or by service by completing the reporting
criteria. These reports are securely created in Adobe's Portable
Document Format (PDF).
